This workshop is part of the Practice Fundamentals programme.
Course Objectives:
- To define professional curiosity and its role in Social Work Practice.
- Explore barriers and challenges to using a professionally curious approach.
- Consider ways in which different types of bias impact upon decision making.
- Consider the role of the supervision in promoting professional curiosity.
Cost: £20 charge per person for all non-BCP Children's Services staff.
Target Audience: Front Line teams and Partners doing direct work with children, young people and families.
